What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
After booking your appointment, you may be asked to fill out a brief form. This allows me to understand you and your hair, so I can provide you with the best service possible.
You'll also receive a welcome email with all the information you need to make your visit smooth and stress-free.
During Your Visit
I'll welcome you into my studio, introduce myself, and invite you to take a seat.
There's a desk in front of you where you can place your belongings, and a drawer with tissues and a phone charger that you're welcome to use. You'll also find a menu with a rotating selection of snacks and drinks for you to enjoy during your visit.
Once you're settled, we'll review your hair history using the form you filled out, and we'll discuss your hair goals. I'll explain the process and answer any questions you have, including tips on how to care for your hair at home.
